There is nothing you have to worry about. Your order will arrive when it is supposed to. If there is a problem, our delivery staff will contact you 48–72 hours prior to delivery to confirm your date and an estimated time.

Do you provide discount on your Gym Equipment?
We can provide you with substantial discounts on certain of our equipment because some machines are marketed at trade prices, leaving limited room for further discounts.
With the corporate line of gym machines, what color options do I have?
Body Structure Company has a variety of paint and seat colors in stock. You can purchase a modified variety, which may come with a cost.
Do you supply refurbished equipment?
All worn parts should be replaced, resprayed, and new decor added to refurbished machines, which should also be completely maintained and examined. We do not currently provide this service because the costs involved often result in machines that are more expensive than our own new gym equipment. Unfortunately, many companies are selling so-called “refurbished” gym equipment that is well below standard. We’ve seen instances where a system has been cleaned and then advertised as ‘Fully Refurbished,’ only to fail shortly after purchase. In the worst-case scenarios, the covers haven’t been removed for examination at all. We recommend that you do your investigation before purchasing this type of equipment.
